Catching action weakened (dumped) turtles

Together with a top team of volunteers from Missing/found animals Schiedam and Stichting Schildpaddenopvang Nederland - Harkema - Friesland today we were able to catch a lot of heavily emaciated and weakened turtles!

All these animals will now get the best care they deserve in the shelter in Harkema! We have also been able to tell a lot of people about the suffering of turtles in the canyons.

Many angry faces turned into understanding and even support for our work. A great day with a great team! Thank you all!
