Traffic offenders...
When you take part in traffic, you should know the traffic rules and adhere to them. Walking on provincial roads is just one of the things that is not allowed and which is certainly not wise.
Not for yourself but also not for your fellow road users.
At the moment, we receive several reports of turtles lying on highways, provincial roads and bicycle / scooter paths every day. It causes very dangerous situations on the road for all users.
Turtle Linda O. was therefore taken today by police Krimpenerwaard. It was not possible to put her in the handcuffs and after a hard conversation she was transferred to the animal ambulance after a short detention in a nice bath.
Do you see a turtle on a highway or provincial road? For an animal on the road you can call 112. On less busy roads, you may be able to secure an animal yourself. Then you can call 0884440700.
