Open day Schildpaddenopvang Harkema attracts more than 700 visitors.

What a fantastic open day with super nice and positive people. It was already more than 3 years ago that we were able to hold an open day. In the meantime, so much had changed that most people looked out their eyes! We have been able to show a lot. Of course our turtles, the many new residences but also the many behind the scenes views. The open day is always a great opportunity to take a look inside because we are normally not open for visits.

Our own animal ambulances were also exhibited, as well as the Animal Ambulance of the Wadden Sea, which sometimes has to deal with Sea Animals.

In short, a successful day with many curious and positive visitors! The attached photos tell more than a thousand words. Also for the people who unfortunately could not be there.
